Emergency Pack, Help?

So I am making a back pack for an emergency bag that I can just grab and go so what all should I put in it? And if a first aid kit what in it? Food, what kinds? Anything will help(:

 Best Answer:  First aid kit w/neosporin, hydrogen peroxide, bandages, surgical tape, scissors, gauze, ect, matches/lighter, candles, flashlight, (roadside assistance kits are good), a knife, mace, air horn, a cell phone (the prepaid that you can buy at any store for like $20 bucks with an aircard), utensils, soup/beans/ramen/water/salt/pepper/seaso... blankets, hothand warmers, flare/firework, beef jerkey (check the experation date first), food for your pets if you have any, paper, pens/pencils/sharpeners, atleast 8 AA batteries, 6 AAA and 2 of other types, a camera, vitamins, hand sanitizer/sanitizer in general, soap, two changes of clothes (and pajamas) for inclimate weather, a tent, fold up skillet pans, a tea kettle (to sanitize water), gatorade, fishing rod, flint/stone, sand paper, comb/brush, mirror, umbrella, tarp to protect you from elements if something happens to the tent, bug spray, animal repelent, deoderant, TOILET PAPER/toiletries (tampons/pads if a girl), paper towels, journal, chargers, a picture.. the list can go on and on depending on what you need your emergency bag for.
