Best Answer: It sounds as if you may be asking about a working holiday visa. If so, and assuming you're eligible for one, you go to the Australian government immigration website and follow the instructions under 'Applying for this visa' for the appropriate visa (there are two different working holiday visas for young people from different countries).

Whatever you do, don't waste money or risk your personal details by applying through any other site - they ALL cost more and take longer AND you don't know how secure your personal information will be.
If you're asking about any other work visa, you will need qualifications and experience in an occupation listed as being in need of workers and you must also pass the points test or have employer sponsorship so that you qualify for a skilled immigration visa. There is no provision for visas for unskilled workers or even for highly skilled workers whose occupation is not listed.
There are several lists of eligible occupations:

http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-s... On the State Migration site for each of Australia’s 8 states and territories, see the State Migration Plan (SMP) for eligible occupations. For permanent and provisional points tested visas with state sponsorship.
http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2011L01228 The Employer Nomination Scheme Occupations List (ENSOL). For permanent, employer sponsored visas with no points test.
